Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of These Terms)
- The Company posts these Terms on a page linked from the bottom of the Service's main screen.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that doing so does not violate applicable laws.
- When the Company amends these Terms, it will announce the effective date and the reason for the amendment on the Service from 7 days before the effective date. Changes unfavorable to Members will be announced from 30 days before the effective date and also notified individually by email.
- A Member who does not agree to the amended Terms may terminate the service agreement before the effective date. - Previous versions of these Terms are available under "Previous versions" at the bottom of this page.
Article 4 (Formation of the Service Agreement)
- The service agreement is formed when a person who wishes to sign up reviews these Terms and the Privacy Policy, applies by signing in with a Google account, and the Company accepts the application.
- Persons under the age of 14 may not sign up.
- The Company may refuse to accept an application, or terminate the agreement afterwards, if the applicant has used another person's information or has previously had their use terminated for violating these Terms.
- A Member who signs up on behalf of a business represents that they are authorized to agree to these Terms on behalf of that business.
Article 5 (Management of Accounts and Access Tokens)
- Members must keep their accounts and Access Tokens from being used by others.
- If an Access Token has been leaked or is suspected to have been leaked, the Member must revoke it immediately and notify the Company.
- For security, the Company may revoke an Access Token suspected of leakage or abuse without prior notice, and will notify the Member without delay after revoking it.
- Any action taken by an external tool (such as an AI client) connected with an Access Token is deemed to be an action of the Member who issued that token.
Article 6 (Provision and Modification of the Service)
- The Company endeavors to provide the Service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced 7 days in advance. Emergency incident response or security measures may be announced after the fact.
- If the Company changes or removes an important feature of the Service in a way that is unfavorable to paying Members, it will give 30 days' notice and refund the fees for the remaining period to Members who terminate for that reason.
- If the Company decides to discontinue the Service, it will give 90 days' notice and allow Customers to download their Customer Data.
Article 7 (Paid Services and Payment)
- The details and fees of Paid Services are posted on the Service's pricing page. Paid payments are not currently available; before payments begin, the Company will announce the payment methods described in this Article.
- Domestic payments: The Company is the seller. Payments are processed by a payment service provider engaged by the Company, and the Company issues tax invoices and receipts.
- International payments: International payments are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, and Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all international orders. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to international payments, and Paddle handles receipts and taxes. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (monthly or annually) until the Member cancels, and are charged to the registered payment method on the renewal date. The payment screen shows the amount, billing cycle, next payment date and how to cancel.
- When a free trial converts to a paid plan or a recurring payment amount increases, the Company will, at least 30 days before the change, notify the Member of the date, amount, payment method and how to cancel, and obtain the Member's separate consent. Without consent, there is no automatic conversion or increase.
- Members can cancel from the Service's billing settings through a procedure as simple as signing up.
- Refunds are governed by the separate Refund Policy.
Article 8 (Customer Data)
- Rights to Customer Data belong to the Customer.
- The Company processes Customer Data only to provide the Service, respond to incidents, maintain security and comply with laws.
- Customers must have the lawful right to collect and use Customer Data, and are responsible for disputes with third parties arising from Customer Data, except where caused by the Company's intent or negligence.

- The scope and conditions under which the Company processes personal information on behalf of Customers are governed by the Privacy Policy and a data processing agreement (entered into upon request).
Article 9 (AI Features)
- The Service does not currently offer generative AI features. If the Company introduces AI Features, it will amend this Article and give notice.
- When a Member connects their own AI client using an Access Token, the terms and fees of that client's provider also apply.
Article 10 (Integration with External Services)
- When a Member connects an external service (a Social Platform, an AI client, etc.), Customer Data is transferred to that service to the extent the Member instructs. Processing after the transfer is governed by that external service's terms.
- Members may connect only social accounts they are authorized to use. Connections are made through each Social Platform's official authentication process (for Bluesky, an app password created by the Member; for Mastodon, a server specified by the Member), and the Company does not sign in to Members' accounts on their behalf.
- The Service publishes only the posts a Member requests, through the Member's account, and retrieves engagement metrics for published posts. Publishing requests received via an Access Token (MCP) are published only after a team member approves them.
- Members are responsible for the content of the posts they publish and the consequences, and must comply with each Social Platform's terms of service, community guidelines, automation policies and advertising policies.
- Social Platforms may, under their own policies, restrict or suspend a Member's account or delete posts. Members are responsible for platform sanctions, and any resulting damages, arising from their posts or manner of use, except where caused by the Company's intent or negligence.
- Integration features may be limited due to outages or policy or API changes at external services; in such cases, the Company will give notice within the Service.
- If a Member registers and uses their own app keys (platform app credentials owned by the Member), the platform's terms and fees for that app apply between the Member and the platform.
- Members may disconnect at any time from channel management in the console or from each Social Platform's app settings, and the access token for that account is deleted immediately upon disconnection. Instructions for removing the app or requesting data deletion through Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) are available in the Data Deletion Instructions. Posts already published remain on the platform and must be deleted directly on that platform.
Article 11 (Prohibited Conduct)
Members must not:
- Violate laws or infringe the rights of others (intellectual property, personal information, reputation, etc.)
- Send spam, phish, commit fraud or distribute malware
- Circumvent or test the security of the Service, or attempt to access another Team's data

Article 12 (Restriction of Use)
- If a Member violates Article 11, the Company may take measures in the following order: warning, feature restriction, temporary suspension, termination of the agreement.
- If there is a risk of immediate harm to other Members, the Service or Social Platforms, the Company will suspend first and notify afterwards.
- Members may object to a measure, and the Company will lift it without delay if the objection is justified.

- Unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence, the Company's liability to a Customer in connection with these Terms is limited to the total fees the Customer paid to the Company in the 12 months immediately before the damage occurred.
- A Member who causes damage to the Company by violating these Terms must compensate the Company.
