This policy sets out how cancellations and refunds work for Spear's Paid Services. Who handles your request depends on how you paid. Paid payments are not currently available; this policy will apply once payments begin.

| Payment method | Seller | How to cancel or request a refund |
|---|---|---|
| Domestic payment (KRW) | HyperReality Co., Ltd. | privacy@spear.im or the Service's billing settings |
| International payment | Paddle.com (Merchant of Record) | The Service's billing settings, the link in your receipt email, or paddle.net. Requests sent to the Company are also handled through Paddle |
Article 2 (Cancelling a Subscription)
- You can cancel at any time from the billing settings.
- Once cancelled, you will not be charged from the next payment date. You keep using the paid features until the end of the period already paid.
- To get a refund, request one under Article 3 or 4. You can cancel and request a refund at the same time.
Article 3 (30-Day Full Refund)
- Every payment — the first payment and every automatic renewal, monthly and annual alike — is refunded in full if you request it within 30 days of that payment, with no reason needed and regardless of use.
- There is no limit on the number of refunds.
- When a payment is refunded in full, the subscription it paid for ends at the time of the refund.
Article 4 (Refunds for Annual Subscriptions)
- Annual subscriptions cancelled more than 30 days after the payment are also refunded as follows.
- Refund = amount paid × (remaining days ÷ 365). Remaining days are counted from the date you request cancellation, and amounts below KRW 1 (or 1 cent) are rounded down.
- Example: you cancel an annual plan of KRW 120,000 after 100 days → 120,000 × 265 ÷ 365 = KRW 87,123 refunded
Article 5 (Usage-Based Products)
Not applicable. There are currently no usage-based products (such as credits) that are deducted as you use them. If we introduce them, we will show on the payment screen, before payment, the rule for refunding only the unused portion, and amend this policy.
Article 6 (Refunds for Reasons Attributable to the Company)
- If you cannot use the Service for 24 consecutive hours or more, or for a cumulative 72 hours or more in a month, due to the Company's fault, we will refund the fees for the period you could not use it or extend your subscription accordingly.
- If the Company discontinues the Service, we refund the fees for the remaining period, prorated by day, including monthly subscriptions.
Article 7 (Refund Method and Timing)
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If the payment cannot be cancelled, we transfer the amount to an account you designate.
- The Company issues the refund (payment cancellation request) within 3 business days of receiving the request. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take a few more days to appear.
- Refunds for international payments are processed by Paddle. The terms of this policy apply equally to members who paid through Paddle.

Addendum
- This Refund Policy takes effect on 2026-10-16.
- This revision extends the 30-day full refund from the first payment to every payment, changes refunds for annual subscriptions cancelled after 30 days to a daily prorated refund for the remaining days, and removes the repeat-request limit, the shorter window for renewals, the no-refund rule for the rest of a monthly period, and the exclusion for termination due to a Terms violation. It is favorable to members, and no Paid Services had been sold when it was made, so no payment is governed by the previous version.
